Delete Your ScrapDig Account

At ScrapDig, users have full control over their personal data and may permanently delete their account at any time.
1. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
To delete your ScrapDig account, follow these simple steps within our mobile application:
Open the ScrapDig mobile app.
Go to Profile.
Open Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Select a reason for leaving.
Confirm your deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed immediately.
2. WHAT DATA IS DELETED
When an account is deleted, the following information is permanently and irreversibly removed:
- User profile information
- Registered phone number
- Saved addresses
- Pickup requests and related records
- Uploaded photos and documents
- Account preferences
- Other personal information associated with the account
3. DATA RETENTION
Some information may be retained for a limited period if required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Tax or financial record obligations
Any retained information will only be stored for the minimum period required by applicable laws.
4. IMPORTANT NOTICE
Irreversible Action
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. After deletion, users will lose access to their account and associated data.
